DIEGO MARIANI

We’re happy to welcome Dr. Diego Mariani to EST Congress 2025, 10–14 November in Bucharest.

With more than 20 years of experience in trauma and emergency surgery, he leads the Trauma Team and the Emergency & Trauma Surgery Service at ASST Ovest Milanese (Azienda Socio-Sanitaria Territoriale Ovest Milanese). His work ranges from acute care and trauma surgery to laparoscopic procedures and interventional ultrasound.

Dr. Mariani is also an active teacher: he serves on the international faculty of ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), DSTC (Definitive Surgical Trauma Care) and MUSEC (Modular Ultrasound for Emergency Care), as well as other courses, and has trained hundreds of surgeons and emergency physicians across Europe.

He’ll be with us at EST Congress 2025, 10–14 November in Bucharest, sharing practical skills and insights.
